L'inserto in cermet-AT200 (inserto di classe G negativa) raggiunge una buona resistenza all'usura e anti-collasso grazie alla sua struttura uniforme a doppio strato. Presenta inoltre un'elevata resistenza al calore e alla scheggiatura.
